When does my subscription start? ▼
Your subscription begins on the exact date and time of purchase — not a calendar month. If you subscribe on March 15th, your listings reset on April 14th. You'll receive a confirmation showing your start and renewal date.
What counts as one listing? ▼
One listing = one property address. On monthly plans, you can regenerate the same listing as many times as you want — trying different styles, updating photos — without it counting as new. Only new addresses count toward your monthly limit.
Can I cancel my subscription? ▼
Yes, anytime from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current 30-day period. We also offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases — if you're not satisfied, contact us for a full refund.
What does the watermark look like and how do I remove it? ▼
The free plan adds a subtle "ShowsReady Preview" badge in the lower-right corner of exported videos. Any paid plan removes it completely.
Does ShowsReady work outside major cities? ▼
Yes — any US address. When we detect a market without a specific regional profile, we default to nationally-trending styles that perform well across all markets. The AI still analyzes your buyer profile, property type, and price point to tailor recommendations.
What format is the exported video? ▼
1080p MP4 (H.264, 1920×1080) — compatible with MLS platforms, Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube, and professional presentations. File sizes are typically 30–80MB.
When are brokerage plans available? ▼
