We use your information to provide the ShowsReady service, generate listing walkthroughs, manage accounts, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. ShowsReady does not store full credit card numbers on its servers. Stripe may collect billing details and payment information according to its own privacy policy.
Uploaded Content
Property photos, listing notes, and branding content are used to create your walkthrough materials. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions needed to upload and use that content.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help operate the product, including hosting, payment processing, analytics, and customer support providers.
Data Retention
We keep account, billing, and generated project information as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
