14-Day Refund Window
ShowsReady offers a 14-day refund window for paid purchases and subscriptions. If you are not satisfied, contact support within 14 days of the charge and include the email address used for purchase.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may be canceled to prevent future renewal. Unless a refund is approved under this policy, access remains available through the current paid period.
One-Time Purchases
One-time listing purchases may be refunded within 14 days if the credit has not been substantially used or if a technical issue prevented normal use of the service.
How To Request A Refund
Email support@showsready.com with your name, account email, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
