Terms for using ShowsReady.

Service

ShowsReady is a web-based digital real estate marketing tool for agents and property marketers. Customers upload property photos and listing details to create listing walkthrough videos with captions, regional Style Morph recaps, optional background music, branded agent end cards, and downloadable MP4 exports.

Free access includes a watermarked listing video. Paid purchases and subscriptions provide watermark-free exports and the listing limits shown on the pricing page.

Your Account

You are responsible for keeping account information accurate and for all activity under your account. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.

Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of photos, listing information, branding, and other content you upload. You grant ShowsReady permission to process that content solely to provide and improve the service. You represent that you have the necessary rights to use and upload the content.

Acceptable Use

You may not upload unlawful, misleading, infringing, private, or harmful content. You are responsible for complying with MLS, brokerage, advertising, fair housing, and real estate rules that apply to your listings.

Payments

Paid plans and purchases are billed through Stripe. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew until canceled unless otherwise stated.

ShowsReady is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee that generated captions, visuals, or outputs will be error-free, compliant with every listing rule, or suitable for every marketing use. Review all outputs before publishing.
